Job summary

Reef Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Digital & Technology to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation and technology projects in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures projects meet scope, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations while supporting automation and user experience improvements.

The PM will collaborate with business units, technology teams, and external vendors across applications, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of traditional and agile project management methodologies.
• Ability to manage project scope, time, cost, and quality.
• Strong project risk and dependency management capabilities.
• Strong requirements and change management skills.
• Good understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Strong planning, analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital transformation and technology projects from requirements assessment through launch and final delivery.
• Develop project plans covering scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources, and milestones.
• Translate business requirements and strategic objectives into measurable execution plans.
• Coordinate with business departments to understand requirements and establish project priorities.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and ensure adherence to approved milestones.
• Coordinate execution with Application, Infrastructure, Data, Cybersecurity, and Technical Support teams.
• Manage vendor and technology company relationships and monitor contractual commitments and deliverables.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial variances.
• Identify project risks, assess potential impacts, and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage change requests and evaluate their impact on scope, cost, and timelines.
• Monitor dependencies across projects, systems, and departments.
• Lead project meetings and follow up on actions, decisions, responsibilities, and deadlines.
• Prepare periodic project status reports for management.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure issues are addressed before launch.
• Ensure launch, operational, training, and support readiness before production deployment.
• Monitor solution performance during the post-launch stabilization period.
• Ensure compliance with technology governance, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and approved policies.
• Measure project outcomes against predefined objectives and success indicators.
• Document lessons learned and contribute to improving project management methodologies and practices.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the direct manager or delegate.
