Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a CDM-level professional to drive sales, margins, and volume across assigned accounts in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building strong partnerships with store teams, negotiating planograms and promotional activities, and delivering tailored in-store plans with regional alignment.

Key duties include channel strategy cascade, performance reviews, and coaching in-store staff to execute 5P principles. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's or similar degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Achieving Sales, Margin & Volume targets on his Accounts and ensure 5P Execution in Store.
• Developing the partnership between CP and a group of accounts at the store and regional level by building relationships and negotiating with Store Operations/in-store personnel.
• Providing Feedbacks on Competition Intelligence, In Store environment to ensure right tactics are employed and report to CDTL.
• Ensuring tailored plans / Promotions are developed with RM & Executed in Accounts.
• Casual store visits to identify areas of improvement and coaching in-store staff to align with 5P targets.
