Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Senior Special Project Lead to drive high-priority strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects from concept to completion. You will coordinate resources, manage stakeholders, mitigate risks, and ensure delivery within timelines, budgets, and quality standards to achieve business outcomes.

The role requires leadership across multiple departments, governance establishment, and methods standardization to improve project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience in project management or PMO roles.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven track record with senior executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide projects from initiation through closure.
• Develop charters, business cases, budgets, and roadmaps.
• Define objectives, scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
• Monitor risks and report to executives; resolve issues and bottlenecks.
• Coordinate multi-department resources and governance structures.
