Job summary

Tawantech is seeking a seasoned professional to own business-IT alignment for Corporate and SME banking initiatives, including the SME transformation program. You will partner with business heads to shape initiatives, build robust business cases, and translate requirements between business and IT delivery.

Responsibilities include end-to-end lifecycle ownership, vendor governance, and proactive risk management to ensure alignment with the bank's strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; MBA a plus.
• Strong understanding of corporate and SME banking products, lending, and onboarding processes.
• Proven experience building business cases bridging business value and IT delivery.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Familiarity with SAMA regulatory requirements relevant to corporate/SME segments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Corporate and SME business unit heads to identify shape and prioritize initiatives.
• Build end-to-end business cases rationale, expected benefits, cost estimates, delivery feasibility.
• Translate corporate/SME business requirements into IT delivery scope and vice versa.
• Own the initiative lifecycle from intake through business case approval and tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors and consultants on proposals, SOWs, and feasibility assessments; own vendor governance.
• Prepare initiative documentation and status updates for management.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Keep Corporate and SME initiatives aligned with the bank's strategy program.
