Job summary

TAWANTECH invites applications for a senior technology delivery lead to orchestrate end-to-end projects in the financial services domain. You will own backlog, drive agile delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure regulatory compliance and timely delivery.

You will mentor staff, manage budgets and risks, and report to SteerCo while aligning business objectives with technology outcomes in a regulated payments environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years in technology delivery and end-to-end project ownership.
• Experience owning a product backlog and Agile teams.
• Payments, banking, or regulated financial services experience.
• Professional certificates: PMP or PRINCE2, CSPO/PSPO or equivalent product certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology projects from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Monitor progress and manage budgets and risks.
• Facilitate governance and report status to SteerCo.
• Ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and readiness for production deployment.
• Maintain product backlog and ensure acceptance criteria.
• Recruit and develop department talent.
