Job summary

The BASIQAT By Mantis Sales Manager in Riyadh is responsible for driving growth and revenue within corporate, group, and leisure segments. You will develop strategies, foster key client relationships, and collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to tailor packages for the market.

You will lead sales initiatives, negotiate contracts, and represent the brand at industry events, ensuring exceptional client experiences and alignment with hotel objectives.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hospitality sales experience.
• Experience in corporate, group and leisure sales.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; CRM and PMS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan targeting corporate, group, and leisure segments.
• Identify new clients and nurture existing accounts for loyalty.
• Conduct regular sales calls, meetings, and presentations to showcase BASIQAT offerings and secure opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts aligning with hotel objectives and mutual outcomes.
• Represent BASIQAT By Mantis at industry events and roadshows to expand the client base.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams on customized packages and promotions.
• Prepare sales reports including revenue forecasts and pipelines for senior management.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office and Operations to ensure seamless bookings and guest experiences.
• Mentor junior sales team members and share best practices.
