Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Center, Riyadh Minhal in Riyadh seeks an experienced Sales Manager to support the Director of Sales in achieving commercial objectives by driving sales revenue and developing new business.

The role focuses on expanding corporate, government, MICE, and group accounts, while maintaining strong client relationships and collaborating with Revenue Management to optimize revenue and market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of hotel sales experience.
• Previous experience as a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Riyadh corporate and hospitality market.
• Experience with corporate, government, MICE, and key accounts.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, business development, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the hotel's sales strategy and business plans.
• Drive room revenue, ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, and overall sales targets.
• Develop new corporate, government, MICE, group, and business accounts.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, presentations, and site inspections.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into revenue.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and action plans.
• Support, coach, and guide the Sales team to achieve targets.
