Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting from a reputable university; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years in a related field with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Excellent knowledge of Corporate Finance; strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills; fluent English (Arabic preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead Investment & Funding Management activities including strategy, plan, and balance sheet optimization.
• Oversee Deal Evaluation & Execution, including pre-deal due diligence and structuring of transactions.
• Drive Value Creation & Optimization across investments, performance reporting, and identification of growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement Corporate Finance and Transactions department strategy aligned with JCDC’s vision.
• Manage department objectives, performance, and talent development.
• Oversee budgeting, policies, controls, and change management within the department.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting and compliance with standards.
