Qualifications

• 15+ years of finance experience with senior leadership as CFO, Finance Director, or similar.
• FMCG or related industry experience highly desirable.
• Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.
• Proven track record in financial strategy, planning, and business performance management.
• Strong expertise in governance, risk management, and commercial decision making.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership and provide actionable financial insights.
• Experience leading, developing, and building high-performing finance teams.
• Strong commercial judgment and profitability optimization skills.
