Job summary

The Bank of Jordan is seeking a Relationship Manager within Corporate/Commercial Banking in Saudi Arabia to manage a portfolio of corporate clients and drive revenue through tailored lending, trade finance, cash management and treasury solutions.

You will develop new relationships, coordinate with Credit and Risk teams, and ensure compliance with SAMA and AML standards while delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years in banking, corporate/commercial banking, or client management.
• Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills.
• Knowledge of SAMA requirements and banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and commercial clients.
• Build relationships with CEOs, CFOs, owners and senior representatives.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire quality new-to-bank clients.
• Develop client strategies to increase revenue and wallet share.
• Cross-sell lending, deposits, trade finance, and cash management.
