Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) client in the construction sector seeks a senior procurement leader to create and own a central procurement function across all KSA projects, covering Civil and MEP. You will report to the COO and lead procurement and stores teams, owning cost, control and compliance from request to delivery.

Responsibilities include setting procurement policies and SOPs, consolidating buying, moving to ERP-based procurement, centralising stores, building a vendor base

Qualifications

• 15-20 years in construction procurement, contractor side.
• At least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Civil and MEP procurement experience.
• ERP experience, ideally SAP or Oracle.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business.

Responsibilities

• Set procurement policies, SOPs and approval matrices.
• Bring all buying under one controlled process across every project.
• Lead the move to ERP-based procurement.
• Centralise stores and inventory control across sites.
• Build and manage a pre-qualified vendor base, local and international.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and supply contracts.
• Support the tendering team with supplier pricing before award.
