Job summary

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading retail group in Khobar, Saudi Arabia to recruit a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will shape financial strategy, lead budgeting and capital planning, and oversee governance, risk, and compliance across the organization.

The role requires 15+ years in senior financial leadership within retail/FMCG, strong IFRS knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management. English proficiency is essential; Arabic is an asset.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in senior financial leadership within retail or FMCG.
• Strong expertise in IFRS, tax, and corporate finance.
• Bilingual English (Arabic an asset) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
• Oversee accounting, reporting, internal audit, and regulatory compliance.
• Advise CEO and Board on financial matters, investments, and M&A.
• Drive automation and digitization of financial operations.
