Job summary

Ameera Talent Solutions is supporting a growing Saudi trading and technology group in appointing a Chief Financial Officer in Riyadh. The CFO will partner the CEO on strategy, capital and performance, and build a finance function capable of scaling with the business.

The role will lead the full finance function, oversee reporting, planning, treasury and controls, strengthen governance and audit readiness, manage banking relationships and working capital, and develop a high-performing finance

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership experience, ideally as CFO or Finance Director.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Saudi tax and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in trading, distribution or technology businesses is an advantage.

A growing Saudi trading and technology group is appointing a Chief Financial Officer. The CFO will be a true partner to the CEO on strategy, capital and performance, and will build a finance function that can support the business at scale.

The Role

• Lead the full finance function: reporting, planning, treasury, tax and controls
• Partner the CEO on strategy, investment decisions and growth plans
• Build budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting the business can run on
• Strengthen governance, internal controls and audit readiness
• Manage banking relationships, cash flow and working capital
• Build and develop a strong finance team

What You Bring

• Senior finance leadership experience, ideally as CFO or Finance Director
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Saudi tax and regulatory requirements
• Experience in trading, distribution or technology businesses is an advantage
• A recognised qualification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA or CA
• A commercial partner to the CEO, not only a reporting function
