Job summary

The Financeer is seeking a seasoned CFO to lead the finance function for its investment company in Saudi Arabia. You will direct budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning while shaping financial strategy.

You will build financial models, advise on strategic investments, manage a lean finance team, ensure Saudi regulatory compliance, and partner with the Chairman and Executive Directors on risk and performance.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of relevant finance experience including 5-6 years in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven senior finance leadership experience as CFO, Finance Director, Financial Controller, or Head of Finance.
• Investment company, investment holding, private equity, family office, or asset management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi financial regulations, investment analysis, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Expertise in treasury management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.
• Ability to partner with Executive Directors and Chairman on strategic financial insights and risk assessments.
