Job summary

Foreground LLC is partnering with an established organization to appoint a Chief Financial Officer. This senior leadership role oversees the finance function, strengthens financial governance, and supports long-term business growth.

The CFO will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated reporting across a multi-entity setup, shaping strategy, funding, and banking relationships, with a hands-on execution style. Excellent Arabic and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years as CFO or Deputy CFO.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience contributing to a full-cycle ERP implementation.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, governance, tax and regulatory requirements.
• Proven treasury experience, structuring credit facilities and banking relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the organisation’s finance function and integrity of financial reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, planning and consolidated reporting.
• Strengthen financial infrastructure and governance with technology-enabled reporting.
• Partner with the CEO and Board on capital allocation and funding strategy.
• Guide multi-entity financial management and stakeholder communication.
