Job summary

Foreground, in partnership with an established organization, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to drive financial governance and strategic leadership across a multi-entity group. The role demands a hands-on executive focused on clarity, accountability, and long-term value creation.

As CFO, you will oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting, strengthening financial infrastructure and ensuring robust controls and timely insight for decision-making.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years as CFO or Deputy CFO.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Experience leading full-cycle ERP implementation.
• Strong IFRS knowledge, governance, and regulatory experience.
• Treasury management and banking relationships expertise.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the finance function and ensure integrity of financial reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls and sound financial management across operations.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated reporting.
• Drive improvements in processes, systems, and governance.
• Guide capital allocation and manage banking relationships and funding.
• Partner with CEO/Board to shape long-term financial strategy.
