Job summary

Foreground is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to strengthen financial governance and drive growth. You will oversee the finance function, lead planning and reporting, and improve processes and systems across multiple entities.

A strategic partner to the CEO and Board, you will shape capital allocation and finance strategy while ensuring robust controls and timely reporting. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in finance, 5+ years as CFO/Deputy CFO, a professional qualification

Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive finance experience with 5+ years as CFO/ Deputy CFO in a multi‑entity setup.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience contributing to a full-cycle ERP implementation across modules.
• Strong IFRS knowledge, governance, tax and regulatory understanding.
• Proven treasury management, credit facilities and banking relationships experience.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the finance function and integrity of financial reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance and financial management.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and consolidated reporting.
• Drive improvements in finance processes, systems and governance.
• Guide capital allocation, manage banking relationships and funding needs.
• Shape long-term financial strategy with CEO and Board.
