Qualifications

15+ years of progressive finance experience
≥5 years as CFO or Deputy CFO in a multi‑entity organization
Professional qualifications: CPA/CFA/ACCA/CIMA
ERP full‑cycle implementation experience
IFRS, financial governance, tax & regulatory knowledge
Treasury management & structuring credit facilities
Banking relationships management
Strong leadership & stakeholder communication
Arabic and English fluency

Responsibilities

Oversee finance function, ensure integrity of financial reporting & internal controls
Lead budgeting, forecasting, consolidation & reporting
Improve finance processes, systems & governance
Strengthen financial infrastructure & tech-enabled reporting
Advise CEO/Board on capital allocation & long-term strategy
Manage banking relationships & funding requirements
