Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles.
• Proven experience with financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, regulatory frameworks, and accounting standards.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial insights to the CEO and senior management.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS.
• Lead capital-raising activities.
