Job summary

Riyadh Air seeks a senior commercial leader to own the Kingdom’s largest indirect market in the Central Province. You will lead trade sales, be responsible for sales plans, revenue delivery, and market share growth across travel management companies, online travel agencies, and travel agents.

You will coach the account management team, drive weekly portfolio reviews, set targets, negotiate agreements and incentives, and partner on joint marketing campaigns with top-tier partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in airline or travel commercial roles.
• At least 5 years leading trade sales in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong relationships with major travel management companies and OTAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the account management team across TMCs, OTAs, and travel agents.
• Own sales plans, revenue delivery, and market share growth in the Central Province.
• Conduct weekly portfolio reviews, set targets, and coach teams to raise execution.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, incentive structures, and joint marketing campaigns.
