Job summary

Egis in Riyadh seeks a Bid Manager for Architecture to lead medium and large-scale architectural bids from kick-off to submission, coordinating diverse teams and ensuring compliant, competitive proposals.

You will partner with the Service Line Partner, translate strategy into bid plans, manage governance gates, and deliver persuasive submissions that align technical and commercial aims.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of tendering, bid management, or project leadership within architecture or multi-disciplinary design consultancy.
• Proven track record leading complex, high-value bids.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness with pricing governance.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own medium- to large-scale architectural bids from kick-off to submission.
• Translate strategic intent into actionable bid plans with governance.
• Coordinate technical, commercial, legal, and creative leads to deliver high-quality submissions.
• Shape the bid by aligning the technical offer with the pricing strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement of templates, processes, and bid strategy.
