King & Spalding seeks a Business Development and Marketing Manager to inform, develop and implement BD and marketing strategies across the firm’s Middle East operations. The role supports Riyadh-based activities, cross-office needs and client targeting in a dynamic legal landscape.

You will lead client-facing pitches and events, manage rankings and experience materials, and collaborate with partners and the marketing team to grow market share in energy and other key practices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required with experience in professional services or consultancy, ideally in energy.
• Demonstrated track record in business development or marketing within a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication, presentation and writing skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead development of pitches, RFPs, and marketing materials leveraging the firm’s capabilities.
• Manage directory submissions, rankings, and experience categorisation for the Middle East.
• Collaborate with events team to plan client lists, materials, tracking and on-site management.
• Identify conferences and speaking opportunities to enhance market recognition.
• Drive cross-practice initiatives, go-to-market strategies, and client targeting.
