Job summary

MBRF in Saudi Arabia seeks a capable Administration/Cost Control professional to support the Production Manager and Supervisors. You will handle calendar and leave management, travel arrangements, and prepare information for meetings.

You will also create monthly cost center reports, monitor cost allocations to GL accounts, and manage procurement from requisition to invoicing while ensuring data accuracy and BRF sustainability policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or relevant qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide full support to the Production Manager and Supervisors.
• Calendar management, Leave management and Travel arrangements for the Department.
• Scheduling trainings and meetings of the Department.
• Collect, update, organize and prepare information for meeting presentations.
