Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Holding is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle | Operations in Riyadh. You will support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, drive sales, and lead store teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences while maintaining brand and company image.

The role requires 4-5 years of industry experience and a high school diploma, withRetail-related qualifications seen as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma - High school certificate.
• Qualification in Retail related field is an added advantage.
• Minimum 4-5 years’ industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in excellent customer service standards and enable exceptional customer experiences through CX standards and understanding of customer needs.
• Drive the Store team to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with support teams, providing feedback to Marketing, Buying and Planning.
• Drive sales and take initiative to increase sales and business improvements through KPI targets.
• Manage and implement all sales promotions and brand activities, communicating with support teams to maximize sales.
• Maximize sales opportunities through clear communication with Buying and Planning departments.
• Ensure smooth store operations in the absence of the store manager and handle disruptions promptly.
• Implement and maintain compliance to company policies and minimize stock loss and damage.
