Job summary

Flip retail is seeking a store/warehouse supervisor in Saudi Arabia to manage inbound/outbound inventory, oversee ERP Oracle-based processes, and ensure compliance with QA/QC and safety standards.

You will coordinate with Supply, IT, HR and Finance, perform regular audits, and lead staff in 5S and stock control activities, delivering timely KPI-driven results.

Qualifications

• House Keeping & 5S implementation on ship floor on routinely.
• Stock Management - Cycle Counts/ ABC Evaluation
• Strong people and operation management skills across levels
• Clear written/spoken interpersonal communication
• Proficient IT skills and ERP Oracle software experience

Responsibilities

• Refine oriented & Functional Understanding on inbound shipments and quality control synchronization.
• Handle outbound (task issuance, stock transfers and returns) and align with QAQC/IT/PM/Purchase teams.
• Track material intake after issuance and provide weekly usage vs. accessibility updates.
• Ensure product demands are refined based on defined procedures.
• Conduct monthly audits and ensure shelf-life monitoring; interact with Supply and Project teams.
• Maintain store/website properties and ensure regular monthly audits.
• Oversee safety equipment on shop sites and ensure proper functioning.
• Manage store paper controlling for easy access and timely submission to finance.
• Prepare routine functional reports to Supply Administration & Task Manager.
• Address open queries/issues across IT, HR, Procurement, Finance and internal clients.
• Participate in weekly project meetings to discuss open problems.

Job description

• Refine oriented & Functional Understanding on-- In-bound (Incoming shipments/ products, Quality control Sychronisation, Outbound (outgoing material like task issuance & stock transfers & Returns (project returns and distributor returns)
• Capability to function under pressure, prioritize work as well as meet performance targets.
• Handle all inventory activities in ERP oracle and also comply IHCC procedures & synchronize with QAQC/IT/PM/ Purchase teams
• Very closely tracking of material intake after issuance to job. Weekly updates from task on usage vs accessibility (aging of schedule).
• Make certain product demands are refined based on defined procedure
• Track shelf-life things and also interact to Supply department & project monitoring regular basis
• Make sure shop site & people follow HSE steps while carrying out the obligations
• Handle store/ website relevant properties are utilized and up constantly and execute regular monthly audits based on the process
• Take care of all safety and security relevant equipments in the shop websites and also ensure they are functioning effectively
• Own the store paper controlling for easy access and also prompt submission of supply & possession related papers to finance
• Routine functional reports sharing to Supply Administration & Task Manager
• Follow rise metrics and ownership for closure of open queries/issues connected to IT, HR, Procurement, Finance and various other inner clients
• Get involved task weekly conferences and also go over open problems in the forum
