Job summary

Apparel Group in Jeddah seeks a detail-oriented inventory clerk to receive and inspect deliveries against purchase orders and invoices, and to store food, beverages, packaging materials, and other supplies in proper conditions.

You will maintain accurate stock records, monitor expiry dates, and perform regular stock counts, reporting discrepancies as needed. Coordination with purchasing, kitchen, and restaurant teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.
• Properly store food, beverages, packaging materials, and other supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Monitor stock movement, expiry dates, and product quality.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Issue items to the restaurant departments based on approved requests.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO procedures and ensure proper storage conditions.
• Coordinate with the purchasing, kitchen, and restaurant teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storeroom.
• Prepare inventory and stock reports as required.
