Job summary

Al-Dawaa Medical Services Company is seeking an Inventory Controller to manage and safeguard stock accuracy in our Riyadh warehouse. You will perform regular cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure proper put-away and documentation within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

You will monitor product availability and stock levels, coordinate with warehouse teams to correct inventory errors, support periodic counts and audits, and prepare accuracy reports for the Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cycle counts according to the warehouse inventory control plan.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Review warehouse system transactions, including receiving, put-away, picking, and adjustments.
• Ensure correct stock put-away in assigned storage locations according to warehouse layout and procedures.
• Monitor product availability and stock levels to support operational requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations teams to correct inventory errors.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Support periodic full inventory counts and stock audits.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and operational standards.
• Prepare inventory accuracy reports and highlight discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
