Job summary

Apparel Group in Makkah, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Storekeeper - Restaurant Inventory to receive, store, and issue food, beverages, packaging materials and other restaurant supplies. You will maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to support daily restaurant operations.

The role requires applying FIFO/FEFO procedures, inspecting deliveries, coordinating with purchasing and kitchen teams, and ensuring storeroom standards and safe storage conditions.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming deliveries and inspect items against purchase orders and invoices.
• Verify delivered supplies before placing them into storage.
• Store food, beverages, packaging materials and other supplies under appropriate conditions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor available stock levels.
• Track stock movement and ensure inventory information remains current.
• Monitor product expiry dates and the condition and quality of stored items.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and report identified discrepancies.
• Issue inventory to restaurant departments according to approved requests.
