Job summary

The Stewarding Manager at Rosewood Hotel Group leads daily stewarding operations across kitchens, outlets and back-of-house areas to uphold pristine cleanliness, hygiene and equipment readiness in an ultra-luxury environment.

You will coordinate with Culinary, F&B, Engineering and Housekeeping to ensure compliant, efficient service; drive cost control, inventory, training and adherence to HACCP, safety standards, and brand requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stewarding operations to meet Rosewood and Forbes brand standards, HACCP and local health regulations.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Food & Beverage, Engineering and Housekeeping to ensure efficient operational flow.
• Maintain daily staffing, equipment maintenance and stock levels to support all outlets and events.
• Lead, coach and develop Stewarding Supervisors and associates, promoting safety and professional conduct.
