Job summary

• Perform overnight deep cleaning of kitchens, restaurants, bars, meetings & events areas, and back-of-house facilities according to departmental schedules.
• Clean, sanitize, and polish crockery, cutlery, glassware, cookware, and operating equipment according to hotel standards.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently to ensure readiness for the following day's operation.
• Report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, hygiene concerns, or pest activity immediately.
• Follow instructions to ensure smooth overnight operations.
