Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Project Manager: Station MEP (PMC) in Saudi Arabia to lead end-to-end design and build of station MEP works on major rail projects. The role focuses on project and design management, technical assurance, and contractor oversight to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and compliance with employer requirements.

Requires about 10 years in MEP for buildings and rail, with strong design supervision and PMC/client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in MEP for major buildings and rail/transit stations.
• Experience in PMC, consulting or client organisations is essential.
• Strong design management and construction supervision background.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary PMC contact for station MEP with designers, contractors and authorities.
• Oversee full MEP design lifecycle: concept to IFC and verification.
• Review and approve tender & technical proposals; support negotiations.
• Manage construction oversight, QA/QC, interfaces, and HSE compliance.
• Lead testing, commissioning, handover planning and documentation.
• Track progress, costs, risks and reporting to client governance.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary design reviews and stakeholder meetings.
• Mentor and lead a team of MEP engineers and specialists.
