Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Manager - MEP Technical in Riyadh to lead the technical scope and design governance for major rail and transportation infrastructure programs. You will oversee MEP systems for stations, depots, tunnels, and line-wide assets, ensuring safe, coordinated, and compliant solutions through design reviews, risk assessments, and interface management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional registration or chartership such as CEng, PE, or equivalent is desirable.
• Typically 15+ years of MEP engineering experience on major transport infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary MEP technical focal point for rail and transportation projects.
• Represent the client in design reviews, workshops, and authority discussions.
• Ensure MEP requirements are embedded into contracts, designs, and submissions.
• Provide independent risk and option assessments on MEP design and safety.
• Oversee MEP design lifecycle from concept to close-out across stations, tunnels, depots, and facilities.
• Coordinate interfaces with architecture, civil, rail systems, and operations teams.
