Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Manager - MEP Technical in Riyadh to lead the technical scope and design governance for major rail and transportation infrastructure programs. You will oversee MEP systems for stations, depots, tunnels, and line-wide assets, ensuring safe, coordinated, and compliant solutions through design reviews, risk assessments, and interface management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Professional registration or chartership such as CEng, PE, or equivalent is desirable.
Typically 15+ years of MEP engineering experience on major transport infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary MEP technical focal point for rail and transportation projects.
Represent the client in design reviews, workshops, and authority discussions.
Ensure MEP requirements are embedded into contracts, designs, and submissions.
Provide independent risk and option assessments on MEP design and safety.
Oversee MEP design lifecycle from concept to close-out across stations, tunnels, depots, and facilities.
Coordinate interfaces with architecture, civil, rail systems, and operations teams.
