Job summary

Assystem is a leading nuclear engineering company recruiting a Stakeholder Engagement Specialist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a fixed-term contract. You will coordinate with authorities, utilities and internal workstreams to identify requirements and ensure alignment across the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline and 5+ years in stakeholder engagement or interface coordination, with PMP or equivalent training preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Planning, Project Management, Communications or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in stakeholder engagement or project coordination.
• PMP or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain stakeholder registers and engagement plans.
• Coordinate with authorities and internal teams to identify requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and record minutes.
• Support alignment of inputs with project permitting and construction requirements.
• Escalate unresolved issues and support management decisions.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain stakeholder register, engagement plan, communication matrix and stakeholder action tracker.
• Coordinate with authorities, utilities, operators and internal workstreams to identify requirements and constraints.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, record minutes, track actions and ensure requirements are transferred to design/procurement/permitting teams.
• Support alignment of stakeholder inputs with FEL3, RFP, permitting and construction requirements.
• Escalate unresolved stakeholder issues and support management decision-making with clear options.
