Job summary

Assystem Radicon is seeking a seasoned Stakeholder Engagement professional in Saudi Arabia to drive engagement with authorities and project stakeholders. You will manage registers, plans and communication matrices while coordinating with multiple workstreams to capture and transfer requirements.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s in Engineering, and strong presentation, planning and problem-solving abilities to support FEL3, RFP, permitting and construction efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in stakeholder engagement or similar roles.
• PMP or equivalent training is preferred.
• Strong communications, planning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain stakeholder register, engagement plan, communication matrix and tracking.
• Coordinate with authorities, utilities, operators and internal workstreams to identify requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, record minutes, track actions and transfer requirements to design/procurement teams.
• Support alignment of stakeholder inputs with FEL3, RFP, permitting and construction requirements.
• Escalate unresolved stakeholder issues and support management decisions with clear options.

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, record minutes, track actions and ensure requirements are transferred to design/procurement/permitting teams.
• Support alignment of stakeholder inputs with FEL3, RFP, permitting and construction requirements.
• Escalate unresolved stakeholder issues and support management decision-making with clear options.
