Job summary

Assystem is seeking a skilled Stakeholder Engagement professional in Saudi Arabia to drive engagement across authorities and utilities, ensuring alignment with FEL3, RFP, permitting and construction requirements.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in stakeholder management, a relevant degree, and PMP or equivalent training is preferred. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain stakeholder register, engagement plan, communication matrix and tracker.
• Coordinate with authorities, utilities, operators and internal workstreams.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, record minutes, track actions and ensure requirements transfer to design/procurement/permitting teams.
• Support alignment of stakeholder inputs with FEL3, RFP, permitting and construction requirements.
• Escalate unresolved stakeholder issues and support management decisions with options.
