Job summary

JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - HSE (Stadium) to lead health, safety, and environmental management for stadium construction and operations projects in Riyadh. The role demands strategic oversight, strong collaboration with contractors and authorities, and a focus on safety culture and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in HSE management, with significant exposure to stadium or large venue projects.
• Strong knowledge of stadium construction and operational safety standards and regulations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective HSE programs in complex project environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement stadium-specific HSE policies, procedures, and programs aligned with regulations and best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and safety audits tailored to stadium construction and operational environments.
• Oversee incident investigations, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and third parties to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Lead HSE training and awareness programs focused on stadium-specific risks and safety protocols.
• Monitor compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations applicable to stadium projects.
• Prepare regular HSE performance reports and communicate findings to senior management and stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement in HSE practices through innovation and adoption of new technologies.
• Ensure emergency preparedness and response plans are in place and regularly tested for stadium environments.
• Foster a proactive safety culture that encourages reporting, transparency, and accountability among all staff and contractors.
