Job summary

The role covers policy development, regulatory compliance, risk assessments, incident investigations, training, emergency planning and audits, with stadium experience preferred. You will lead cross-functional teams and report performance against targets.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HSSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Experience in risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Proficiency with HSSE management tools and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee HSSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with requirements.
• Monitor compliance with local and international safety, security, and environmental standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and perform root cause analysis.
• Deliver HSSE training and awareness programs to promote safety culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSSE into operations.
• Manage environmental protection initiatives, including waste management.
• Develop and maintain emergency preparedness and response plans.
• Track HSSE performance metrics and prepare management reports.
• Liaise with external audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries.
