Job summary

JASARA PMC in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to safeguard the health and safety of workers and ensure regulatory compliance across construction projects. You will lead development of policies, training, audits, and incident investigations to promote a strong safety culture.

The role requires a bachelor's in OHS or related field, 15+ years in HSE within construction, and NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management within the construction industry.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and standards for all operational activities.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.
• Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and coordinate corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Design and deliver effective safety training programs to staff and contractors to enhance safety awareness.
• Maintain accurate HSE records and prepare regular reports for management review and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure alignment with JASARA's safety objectives.
