Job summary

Kidana | كدانة is seeking a Senior Specialist HR Operations to oversee onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance. You will manage HR technology usage, data accuracy, and reporting to support decision making.

You will lead policy implementation, guide employees and managers on HR procedures, drive process improvements, and collaborate with HR teams to align operations with organizational goals. A bachelor's in HR or related field and PHR/SPHR are preferred with 5+ years of HR operations

Qualifications

Sr. Specialist HR Operations

ROLE MAIN PURPOSE

Will be responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the human resources (HR) function within the organization. The Senior Specialist HR Operations is responsible for implement HR processes and procedures, use HR technology systems, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Activities

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in HR operations.
• Implement HR processes and procedures, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Manage HR technology systems, including human resource information systems (HRIS) and other HR-related software. Ensure that systems are up-to-date and functioning properly.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, such as the Fair Labour Standards the Family and Medical Leave and other regulations.
• Manage HR data and ensure that data is accurate, complete, and up to date. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures. Manage employee relations issues and ensure that employee concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness in HR operations.
• Collaborate with other HR teams and stakeholders to ensure that HR operations are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

Educational Qualifications

A bachelor’s in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

Professional and Technical Certificates

Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Professional Experience

Minimum 5+ years’ experience as HR Operation specialist.
