Job Summary
The HR Administrator is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth HR operations, accurate employee records, and compliance with policies and labor regulations. This role acts as a first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries and supports HR initiatives across the organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital).
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.
- Prepare HR documents and letters (employment contracts, confirmations, salary certificates, warnings, etc.).
- Track attendance, leaves, vacations, and other employee data.
- Coordinate probation tracking, contract renewals, and employee data updates.
- Assist in medical insurance and employee benefits administration (if applicable).
- Support internal communications, HR initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and dashboards.
- Coordinate interviews, training sessions, and HR meetings.
- Handle confidential HR information with integrity and discretion.
Work Experience
- 1–3 years in HR Administration or a similar administrative role (HR, Operations, Office Administration, or related fields).
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- HR certification or diploma is an advantage.
