Tas'Helat Marketing Co. (Fuel Stations Chain) seeks a Sr. Project Engineer in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to lead multi-disciplinary teams through all project phases, delivering within budget and on schedule.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 5–10 years of fuel station project experience, and demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills. PM certification is preferred, with a focus on planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder reporting.

Responsabilidades

We Are Hiring For The Following Position

Job Title: Sr. Project Engineer

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects teams to ensure assigned projects are being completed within approved budget and timeline while meeting company business objectives.
• Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop project plans, specifications, procedures and engineering designs.
• Guide cross-functional teams, review technical designs and engineering documentation.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor progress, provide financial control, and ensure the quality of the project.
• Provide all needed communication between the stakeholders and ensure that all necessary reviews and approvals are received.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to industry compliance and company safety guidelines.
• Act as primary technical point of contact for Stakeholders, delivering regular progress reports.
• Perform technical studies to analyze and refine project requirements.
• Assess the team and provide required guidance and development to improve their capabilities.

Qualifications & Prerequisite

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5-10 years of progressive project engineering experience, including Fuel stations projects.
• Project Management Professional certificate is preferred.
