Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive project engineering experience, including fuel stations projects.
• PM certification is preferred.
• Leadership, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional communication capabilities.
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge with project management software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and timetables.
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects teams to complete within approved budget and timeline while meeting business objectives.
• Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop project plans, specifications, and engineering designs.
• Guide cross-functional teams, review designs and documentation.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor progress, provide financial control, and ensure deliverable quality.
• Communicate with stakeholders and obtain necessary reviews and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with industry guidelines and safety policies.
• Act as primary technical contact for stakeholders with progress reports.
• Perform technical studies to refine project requirements.
• Assess the team and provide guidance to improve capabilities.
