Job summary

Flip retail is seeking a Sr. Administrator - EUS to oversee precautionary maintenance and operational support for Jeddah and remote sites in Saudi Arabia.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams for ongoing configuration and maintenance of information center devices and network infrastructure. The role involves replacement and setup of APs, data center hardware, and network equipment, with emphasis on incident diagnosis and proactive care.

Qualifications

• ITIL expertise and service management experience.
• Strong network and data center troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform precautionary and corrective maintenance of Jeddah DCs and remote sites.
• Coordinate with multiple tech teams for installation, configuration and maintenance tasks.
• Replace external and internal APs; manage data center physical setup and ongoing monitoring.
• Install and configure network devices (HP routers, APs) and related hardware.
• Maintain and upgrade APC devices and associated equipment in data centers.
• Troubleshoot network issues, software and system problems; manage tickets.
