Job summary

ExeQut in Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security for critical operations.

The role covers LAN/WAN, routing and switching, Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 support, AD/Entra ID management, and ITSM ticketing. Onsite, full-time, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of End User/Desktop Support experience.
• Saudi national is required.
• Solid experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 support.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/2 technical support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, applications, laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain user workstations and software.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access using Active Directory / Entra ID.
• Support endpoint security, antivirus/EDR, encryption, and device compliance.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting and coordinate repairs/replacements.
• Create, update, and close incidents and service requests in the ITSM/ticketing system.
• Support onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Maintain IT asset and hardware inventory.
• Escalate complex issues to infrastructure, network, security, or application teams.
• Prepare basic technical documentation and knowledge-base articles.
• Follow IT security policies, procedures, and SLA requirements.

• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
• Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
