Job summary

2P Perfect Presentation in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Data Center Administrator to join our ICT team. You will oversee the administration, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of our Data Center infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance.

The role requires hands-on experience with servers, storage, virtualization, backups, and monitoring tools, along with ITIL processes and SLA management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in Data Center operations and administration.
• Knowledge of servers, storage, virtualization, backup solutions, and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and SLA management.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Data Center infrastructure and related systems.
• Monitor Data Center components and respond to alerts and incidents.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Review maintenance reports and perform RCA for major incidents.
• Evaluate and document Data Center configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Recommend improvements to enhance infrastructure performance, availability, and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, business continuity requirements, and organizational policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers.
• Prepare operational, maintenance, and performance reports.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and asset records.
• Support infrastructure upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in on-call support when required.
