THA Venues, Parks & Resorts in Riyadh is seeking a Sponsorship Integration Manager to join a full-time team embedded in the Festival Programming function. You will turn sponsor entitlements into on-ground activations for two major events—summer 2027 and the November 2027 event—ensuring feasibility with site layouts and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in sponsor activation planning or programming for large-scale live events or festivals.
• Experience across at least two live event seasons at Manager level.
• Proven track record turning sponsor entitlements into activations.
• Delivery-focused background; not primarily selling sponsorships.

Responsabilités

• Act as the single point of contact for integrating sponsor streams into the festival programme.
• Turn sponsor entitlements into activation concepts with full details (mechanics, throughput, space, staffing).
• Track all deliverables, approvals and open decisions from concept to delivery.
• Ensure activations fit site layouts, brand guidelines and operations.
• Raise sponsor space, design and build changes via the proper channels.
