Job summary

Aurora Talent is seeking a specification sales specialist for a global interior furnishing client in Riyadh. You will identify, track and secure commercial and residential projects by working directly with architects, interior designers and consultants to specify products in blueprints.

You will manage key accounts, develop long-term relationships with developers and contractors, provide technical guidance on advanced product lines, lead tendering and negotiations, and oversee timely delivery

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the building materials industry.
• Proven track record in B2B project sales in Saudi Arabia.
• Bilingual Arabic and English is often required for local and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, track, and secure commercial and residential projects through specifications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, developers, contractors, and sub-dealers.
• Provide technical guidance on advanced product lines to clients.
• Lead tendering, draft proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.

• Project Sales & Specification: Identify, track, and secure commercial and residential projects. Work directly with architects, interior designers, and consultants to specify products in project blueprints.
• Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, developers, main contractors, and authorized sub-dealers.
• Technical Consultation: Provide clients with comprehensive technical guidance on advanced product lines
• Commercial Negotiation: Handle tendering processes, draft commercial proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close sales deals efficiently.
• Market Intelligence & Strategy: Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, and product trends within the Saudi Arabian construction and luxury fixture sector.
• Payment Collection: Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and oversee smooth outstanding payment collections according to company policy.

Requirements:

• Industry Experience: Extensive experience in the building materials
• Proven track record in B2B project sales in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual fluency (Arabic and English) is often a strict requirement for managing local contractors and international stakeholders.
