Job summary

The Spa Supervisor at Rosewood Hotel Group oversees the daily operations of the Spa Reception and Spa Treatment areas, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and smooth operations aligned with Rosewood standards, Forbes Five-Star Standards, and LQA requirements.

They lead the Wellness Concierge and Spa Therapists, coach and develop associates, and collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office and other departments to maintain guest readiness, service consistency, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in spa operations and guest services within luxury hospitality.
• Ability to coach and develop spa staff and manage shifts.
• Familiarity with health and safety practices in spa environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Spa Reception and Treatment operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Wellness Concierge and Spa Therapists.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments to maintain cleanliness and service quality.
• Monitor service standards and treatment quality, and address guest feedback promptly.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and training of new associates.
