Job summary

The Wellness & Spa Manager at Rosewood Hotel Group leads the daily operations of the Wellness & Spa department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while upholding brand standards and the highest levels of service excellence.

The role oversees Spa Operations, Fitness Centre, Wellness Activities, and Spa Retail, while supporting the Director of Wellness & Spa in achieving departmental financial, operational, and quality objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality spa operations
• Strong leadership and team development
• Excellent guest service and discretion
• Familiarity with spa retail and wellbeing concepts

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the Wellness & Spa department including Spa, Fitness Centre, wellness activities and retail.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team including Spa Supervisors, Therapists, Attendants, Movement Coach and Yoga Instructor.
• Maintain Rosewood brand standards and service excellence across all guest touchpoints.
• Monitor quality, guest experience and financial performance; implement improvements as needed.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest journeys and high operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and brand policies; uphold Forbes/brand standards.
