Job summary

Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking a Spa Attendant to ensure the smooth operation of the spa facilities and to deliver warm, attentive service to guests, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in line with luxury brand guidelines.

You will assist guests with spa facilities, provide information about services, and support Spa Therapists while upholding health, safety and hygiene standards to create a peaceful, rejuvenating environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, changing rooms, and wet areas.
• Prepare and replenish towels, robes, amenities, refreshments, and other spa supplies as required.
• Assist guests with the use of spa facilities and provide information about available services and amenities.
• Maintain a calm, clean, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the spa.
• Monitor spa facilities and equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards and procedures.
• Support Spa Therapists and other team members with the preparation and resetting of treatment rooms.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally and report them to the Spa Manager when necessary.
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming, uniform, and professional conduct at all times.
• Respect guest privacy and confidentiality and ensure a high level of attention to guest comfort.
• Perform additional duties and tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the spa and wellness services.

The Role

As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the spa facilities while delivering warm, attentive, and personalized service to our guests. You will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and guest comfort throughout the spa, ensuring that all areas are prepared and maintained to reflect the luxury standards of Red Sea Global Hospitality. As part of the spa team, you will assist guests with their needs, provide information about spa facilities and services, and contribute to creating a peaceful, welcoming, and rejuvenating environment.
